Your Soldier Talent Profile (STP)
Your Soldier Talent Profile (STP) is an important part of the Santa's Workshop application process and helps our team verify your eligibility as quickly as possible.
PDF Format Strongly Preferred
Please upload your STP as a PDF whenever possible.
We can accept your STP in other file formats; however, submitting screenshots, photos, or other formats may significantly slow down the verification process.
What We Need to See
Please make sure the following information is clearly visible on the STP:

Current rank

Number of dependents

Current UIC
Protecting Your Information
We do not need to see the entire STP.
If you prefer, you may redact the bottom half of your STP before submitting it. Just be sure the service member's name, rank, number of dependents, and current UIC remain clearly visible.
Before uploading: Double-check that your document is readable and saved as a PDF whenever possible. A clear PDF helps our Applications Team complete verification much faster.

What Happens After I Apply?
1. Submit Your Application​​

Complete the online application during an open period
2. Application Review​

Our Applications Team reviews eligibility and verifies information
3. Selection Notification​

Approved families receive an email with instructions for selecting a shopping appointment
4. Choose Your Shopping Time​

Shopping appointments are first-come, first-served.
5. Visit Santa's Workshop​

Shop for all eligible children during your scheduled appointment.

Before Your Shopping Appointment
Children Are Not Permitted Inside Santa's Workshop
No exceptions. Please arrange childcare before your appointment

One shopping appointment is provided for all eligible children in your family

Spouses may shop without the service member

Toy selection is maintained throughout all shopping days
