Explanation of Need. Explain how being a recipient of Santa's Workshop will help.

Yes, I understand that if my application is approved, I will receive an invitation to my preferred email address to schedule a shopping date and time at Santa's Workshop during one of the Shop Days. (Nov 30 - Dec 4) If I do not sign up for a time by Nov 23 I forfeit my slot. If I "no-show" to my shopping timeslot I will not be able to reschedule.

Yes, I understand that if my application is denied, I will receive a letter with an explanation of why my application was denied to my preferred email address; and I will be given the opportunity to respond if I believe an error was made.

Yes, I understand that children are NOT allowed in Santa's Workshop during Shop Days. No Exceptions. I will arrange for my child/children to be watched outside of the workshop.

Resale Agreement

I understand that items received through Santa’s Workshop at the Great Place are intended for my family and may not be sold or resold. I understand that reselling items received through the program may result in my household being ineligible to participate in Santa’s Workshop in the future.

Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement

I understand that all Santa’s Workshop applicants are entitled to privacy and anonymity. I agree that I will not photograph, record, identify, discuss, or share information about other applicants or families I may see participating in the program.
