Santa’s Workshop is powered by volunteers. From preparing the Workshop and organizing donations to assisting families during shopping days, every volunteer plays a part in making the season possible.
Whether you can give a few hours or want to stay involved throughout the year, there is a place for you on our team.

Shop Day Elves
Assist families as they shop, help keep shelves organized, and create a welcoming experience inside the Workshop.
Special Events
Volunteer at Christmas in July, Fundraisers and other seasonal events
Toy Ruck Support
Help welcome units and receive donations during Ruck Week.
Year-Round Support

Every Elf Needs Training!
Before serving as a Shop Day Elf, volunteers attend Elf Training to learn how Santa's Workshop operates and how to provide a consistent, respectful experience for every family.

Ready to Volunteer as an Elf?
After completing Elf Training, choose an available volunteer shift during the holiday shopping season.
Completing Elf Training does not automatically reserve a volunteer shift. Volunteers must also sign up for an available shift.
